Job Title : Pharmacist

Location : Wheat Ridge, CO

Position Type : Full-Time

Setting : Pharmacy

Shifts : Days - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper labeling

Provide patient counseling and address medication-related questions

Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations

Maintain accurate medication records and patient profiles

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Assist with inventory management and medication safety protocols

Work Schedule : 8-hour shifts

Monday to Friday

Evening shifts

On call as needed

Weekends as needed

Required Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience

Valid Colorado RPh license

LTC experience preferred but not required
