Personal Injury Attorney

Litigation Associate - Personal Injury

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our team, specializing in Personal Injury and / or Insurance Defense cases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing legal research and support, and representing clients in various litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to work on challenging cases in a dynamic environment while collaborating with experienced attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as necessary.
Develop and implement case strategies in conjunction with senior attorneys.
Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the relevant state.

Proven experience in litigation, particularly in personal injury.

Strong legal research and writing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
