Occupational Therapist (COTA / OTR)

Theracare Pediatric Services is a leader in providing multidisciplinary therapy in various settings in the state of Arizona. We are currently hiring for OTR's and COTA's for school setting in the North West valley.

MUST HAVE ARIZONA LICENSE FOR COTA / OTR OR IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING ONE AND WILLING TO RELOCATE TO ARIZONA.

Requirements :

• Must be a licensed OTR or COTA in the state of Arizona.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Job Type : Contract.
