Credentialing : 30 days, but due to need can get done faster.

Schedule : Call Only - 7AM 3 / 21 - 7AM 3 / 31

Patient Volume : 24 / hr call only - 24 / 7 coverage for inpatient and patients transferring to Saginaw

Procedures :

• Thrombectomy procedures for stroke
• Clinical support :
• APPs

EMR : EPIC - Have Dragon Dictation

License : MI License - WILL WAIT FOR LICENSE IF PROVIDER HAS IMLC.

Certifications : Must have Case Logs. BLS, ACLS, DEA
