A company is looking for a Fulfillment Resolution Analyst to perform member enrollment audits and ensure data accuracy in benefits administration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Complete audits in response to identified mismatches
Research and resolve root cause issues from Tier 1 staff
Work with carriers on requests related to member-level eligibility
Required Qualifications
Current life and health insurance license preferred
Minimum 2 years of cumulative experience
Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel, including V-lookups and Pivot tables
Self-motivated with a disciplined work ethic
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
