A company is looking for a Senior Director, Consumer & Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Set the customer service vision and strategy in partnership with senior leadership to deliver exceptional support
Lead and develop a high-performing service organization, focusing on accountability and continuous improvement
Establish KPIs and reporting to measure service performance and provide insights to the Executive Team
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or operations roles, preferably in consumer goods, wellness, or healthcare
Proven leadership experience managing multi-channel service organizations with teams of 10+ employees
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM, ERP, and order management tools
Demonstrated success in improving service metrics and implementing scalable processes
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
