Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT(R) certification, BLS, and proficiency with both GE and Siemens MRI equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in an MRI unit serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Three 12-hour evening shifts per week : Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 3 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM
  • Work with both GE and Siemens MRI equipment
  • Bi-weekly orientation sessions are provided
  • First-time travelers will be considered for this position
  • Locals are accepted at a lower rate if residing within a 75-mile radius
  • Modules must be completed during orientation and annually thereafter
  • A supportive team environment is provided with ongoing training opportunities
  • RTO up to 5-7 days must be requested for consideration

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience is required
  • Active ARRT(R) certification and current BLS are required
  • Proficiency with both GE and Siemens MRI equipment is mandatory
  • License required if applicable
  • Flu vaccination is required with no exemptions or declinations accepted
  • One supervisory reference from within the last year is required for consideration
