Why just work when you can create a legacy of care?\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional nursing care, health education, and support to our guests. Your responsibilities will include : \n
• Supervising LPNs, CNAs / STNAs, and other team members in delivering patient care.\n
• Administering safe and accurate medication-related interventions.\n
• Assessing guest health and notifying physicians of any status changes; promptly implementing new orders.\n
• Developing personalized care plans based on thorough assessments.\n
• Selecting appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.\n
• Contributing to guest assessments (MDS / CAA's) and care plan development.\n\nQualifications\n
• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.\n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.\n
