A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician III to provide advanced technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve complex service requests and incidents escalated by junior team members
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Mentor and support Service Desk Technicians I and II, assisting with onboarding and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Two (2) plus years of technical support experience
Experience with ServiceNow in an ITIL environment
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred
Strong understanding of IT best practices and desktop applications
