Job Title : Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

• Join our dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will be responsible for the mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and large components.
• You will work independently and collaboratively within a specified work area to complete OEM assemblies.
• This role requires reading and following entry-level blueprints, shop orders, specifications, and other instructions to accurately and timely build and assemble parts and equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00 / yr.

Vision Reimbursement : Effective 30 days from your first day of employment

Life and AD&D : Effective 30 days from your first day of employment

Personal Days : Effective immediately, you are eligible for three (3) personal days. Unused personal days can be

carried over year to year up to a maximum of 15 days. Any hours earned in excess of 15 days are

paid out annually.

Holidays : We provide ten (10) paid holidays per year.

401k Retirement Plan : You are eligible to participate in the 401k plan upon completion of 30

days of eligible service. We offer a traditional pre-tax 401k plan as well as a Roth 401k plan.

compensation under the Roth 401k plan.

401k Employer Match : If you make salary deferrals to the plan, the Company will make a safe

harbor matching contribution equal to 100% of the amount you contribute up to 4%.

Profit Sharing : Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Sheboygan Falls,WI.
