Accounting Manager – Full-Time, Direct Hire

Competitive Salary, Bonus Potential & Relocation Reimbursement

Location : Lamont, FL

Salary : $110,000–$125,000 per year (plus bonus potential)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Relocation : Reimbursement Available

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Accounting Manager to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to take on a hands-on management role with competitive compensation and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage cost accounting processes, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to accounting staff, including 1 AP specialist, 1 AR specialist, a staff accountant, and a part-time Financial Analyst.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting and accounting procedures.
  • Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the accounting department.

Required Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Strong technical accounting skills with proven ability in cost accounting, AP, AR, general ledger management, and journal entries.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
