Salesforce Administrator

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can bridge business needs with platform capabilities in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications to align with business requirements

Build and manage Flows, approval processes, validation rules, and page layouts to enhance user workflows

Support user management and maintain data quality through audits and deduplication efforts

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of Salesforce Administration experience

Hands-on experience with configuring Flows, validation rules, and process automations

Solid understanding of Sales Cloud fundamentals, with Service Cloud exposure being a plus

Strong skills in reporting and dashboard building

Experience with change management and deployment best practices
