Shipping and Receiving

Job Description

The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory processes, including receiving products, putting away inventory, pulling orders, palletizing, and loading trucks for shipment. The role requires occasional forklift operation and management of Bills of Lading and UPS Worldship processes. Quarterly inventory counts are also part of the responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory efficiently.
• Pull orders and prepare them for shipment.
• Palletize and load trucks for shipping.
• Operate a forklift for up to 10% of the day.
• Manage Bills of Lading and UPS Worldship.
• Participate in quarterly inventory counts.
• Ensure products and materials are correctly labeled and wrapped on skids.
• Use a computer to weigh, label, and ship products.
• Track shipments and orders using computers and Excel.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr.
