We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale data and analytics migration program from Teradata and on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . This role will be responsible for defining strategy, managing execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of all program milestones while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities :
Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Teradata-to-GCP migration program, including scope definition, budget, timelines, and resource management.
- Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and communication cadences across technical, business, and vendor teams.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and risk registers for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between technical architecture, data strategy, and business priorities.
Cloud Migration & Technical Delivery
Partner with architecture and engineering teams to define migration approach (lift-and-shift, replatforming, or re-architecting).Oversee migration of data warehouses, pipelines, and analytics workloads from Teradata / on-prem systems to GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub / Sub, Cloud Storage, etc.).Coordinate data validation, reconciliation, and performance testing post-migration.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards throughout the migration process.Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with product, analytics, infrastructure, and business units to capture requirements and define success metrics.Act as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors, providing regular progress updates and issue escalations.Manage relationships with cloud vendors (Google), system integrators, and migration partners.Change Management & Enablement
Drive organizational readiness by developing change management plans, training, and communication strategies.Ensure smooth handover of migrated workloads to operations and support teams.Identify and implement process improvements for scalability and efficiency.Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).8+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase technology programs.Proven experience leading cloud migration initiatives , preferably from Teradata or legacy on-prem systems to GCPStrong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics workloadsProficiency with GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub / Sub, Composer, and IAM.Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and vendor relationships.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.Preferred :
