Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale data and analytics migration program from Teradata and on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) . This role will be responsible for defining strategy, managing execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of all program milestones while aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership & Governance

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the Teradata-to-GCP migration program, including scope definition, budget, timelines, and resource management.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and communication cadences across technical, business, and vendor teams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and risk registers for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between technical architecture, data strategy, and business priorities.
