?? Warehouse Forklift Operator – Logistics (Finished Goods)

?? Roanoke, VA 24015 | ? 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Mon–Thurs (10 hrs / day) + OT on Fri / Sat

Are you ready to drive your career forward? We're looking for a safety-driven, detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our energetic warehouse team! If you're passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and making a real impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do :

? Move and organize finished goods and raw materials with precision
? Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
? Load / unload trucks and handle shipments like a pro
? Follow pick lists, BOLs, and shipping protocols without missing a beat
? Support tank off-loading and keep operations flowing
? Lead the way in safety programs, 5S, and process improvements
? Verify shipments, resolve material issues, and ensure inventory accuracy
? Maintain a clean, organized, and PPE-compliant work environment
? Contribute to HS&E initiatives, safety meetings, and trainings
? Stay compliant with DOT, DHS, TSCA, and CT-PAT regulations

What We're Looking For :

?? Forklift experience (preferred but not required)
?? Warehouse know-how and inventory savvy
?? Sharp attention to detail and procedural discipline
?? Safety-first mindset with a team player spirit
?? Physically ready to move materials and stay active
?? Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
