What You Can Expect
The Capital Solutions Regional Finance Director is responsible for complete management of a Zimmer Biomet's structuring, leasing, and contracting strategies for our capital equipment and technology portfolio for the Western United States. These contracts include disposable pricing agreements, equipment leases, committed usage agreements, fee per use, subscription services, and many others. This person will be charged with developing strong working relationships with key customers and internal partners to advance ZB's mission. This person will be tasked with customer discussions around appropriate capital structures and contract negotiations, and will be seen as a leader within the company. Strong analytical skills and attention to details are required for position.
How You'll Create Impact
Capital Structuring
- Working alongside our commercial sales team members, develop value based cash alternative structures for our suite of technology.
- Actively explains the appropriate options, and benefits of those options, to our end user customers.
- Become a trusted advisor with key decision makers at hospitals, IDNs, ASCs, and other healthcare entities throughout the lifecyle of the contract.
- Develop strong internal relationships with legal, compliance, commercial, contracting, service, and other team members as appropriate.
End of Term management
Actively manage contracts coming to the end of term.Engage customers directly on options, including upgrades to new technologyPartner with apprioprate commercial team members to ensure alignmentStrategic Relationships

Bachelor Degree in business or related field required; including 6 - 8 years of relevant financing experience. MBA preferred. Up to 10%
Expected Compensation Range : $160,000 - $240,000 base plus bonus target.
Ideal candidate will be located in the West region of the US.
