Job Title : Digital Media Director (Miami Radio)

Position Overview The Digital Media Director will be responsible for driving digital revenue growth by working with local sellers and developing new direct digital advertising clients in the local market.

In this role, you will identify, implement, and accelerate strategic digital sales initiatives to meet and exceed goals. This will be accomplished by working with our local sales team, sales management, and market management.

As the subject matter expert your main responsibility will be to drive digital revenue growth.

Proficiency and expertise are required in digital advertising products; targeted display, digital video (OTT, streaming, long-form, and short-form), digital audio, sponsorships & premium advertising units, SEM, SEO / CRO, website development, paid social, and lead generation. Subject matter expertise is required in the digital advertising ecosystem including programmatic buying, supply and demand-side platforms, multi-touch attribution, Google analytics, and latest industry trends.

The successful individual will be an expert in digital advertising and marketing solutions. Your focus will be on the retainment, development, and growth of current CMG clients and the development of new digital advertising clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Establishes and executes a revenue strategy that maximizes our assets and revenue potential

Uncovers high-potential digital revenue growth opportunities and develops joint execution plans with local sales management

Guides sales teams to develop advertising campaigns that are designed around advertiser needs, objectives, and are executed across multiple media platforms

Responsible for developing digital media strategies, product mixes, digital sales efforts, and revenue generation, working directly with CMG local market sales team and sales managers

Protects, retains, and grows existing CMG digital advertising clients

Develops advertising campaigns that drive revenue while driving return on investment for advertisers

Reports on digital sales revenue activity, strategies, and goals to ensure revenue and profitability achievement

Accurately forecasts and reports on digital revenue attainment

Facilitates group presentations and face-to-face client sales calls with key advertising clients and advertising verticals

Develops, facilitates, and host client facing meetings, webinars, and video conference calls to sell and educate CMG clients and prospective advertisers

Identifies and shares best practices to develop programs and solutions that drive customer ROI for increased and sustained local digital advertising revenue

Travel required ~ 20%

Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years’ experience in Digital Sales Management

Demonstrated success in digital and integrated sales, proactively anticipates and provides solutions for customer needs

Successful record growing advertising accounts and prospecting for new digital advertising verticals

Demonstrated experience working with large and small advertising agencies along with direct clients

Ability to management multiple priorities and determine the ones that create the biggest impact to digital revenue

Proven experience in taking a concept from ideation to development to implementation

Success in selling and management of digital advertising solutions

Experience in facilitating client needs assessment, digital sales training programs, and business development

Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); strong knowledge of all forms of social media

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer sciences or related field

IAB Digital Media Sales Certification (IAB DMSC) and Google AdWords Certification
