Foreman

As a Foreman at Steed Industries, you will be responsible for leading and supervising concrete construction projects from start to finish. Your role is essential in ensuring that all work is executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with project specifications. You will be a key player in fostering a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Manage day-to-day operations of concrete projects, ensuring that all activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Team Leadership : Supervise, train, and mentor site personnel, including laborers and skilled tradespeople, while promoting a culture of safety and high performance.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee all work meets industry standards and specifications, conducting regular inspections.
• Safety Management : Champion safety regulations and best practices on-site, leading safety meetings and conducting inspections to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Schedule Management : Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure that projects remain on track and delays are minimized.
• Material Coordination : Oversee the procurement and delivery of concrete materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are utilized effectively on-site.
• Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify and resolve construction-related challenges, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
