What You'll Do

Ignyte is seeking Senior Appian Developers to join our team and help us build a new kind of consulting company. As a Senior Appian Consultant, you will lead Appian application implementation projects, develop innovative BPM solutions, and work closely with clients and engineers to meet business needs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (information systems, engineering, computer science, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience with Appian or similar BPM platforms (PowerApps, Pegasystems, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong ability to analyze, develop, and implement complex BPM requirements, including business rules, data structures, and integrations.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and working in Agile Scrum environments.
• Understanding of data management, integration, and governance concepts.
• Experience collaborating with clients, product owners, and teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and deadline management skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to handle ambiguity effectively.
