🐾 Animal Care Attendant – Pet Food Palatability Research

📍 Montgomery City, MO | 🐶🐱 Permanent | Full-Time

Join a leading innovator in pet food palatability and help ensure the health and happiness of cats and dogs while supporting the development of delicious, nutritious pet food. As an Animal Care Attendant , you’ll play a hands-on role in caring for animals and supporting taste trials—without direct customer service responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain clean, organized, and odor-free kennels and facility areas.
• Feed cats and dogs on a set schedule and ensure constant access to fresh water.
• Engage animals with toys and social interaction to promote well-being.
• Bathe and groom animals as needed to maintain hygiene and comfort.
• Prepare and serve pet food for scheduled feedings; weigh and dispose of leftovers.
• Accurately document animal behavior, health, and feeding data.
• Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on exceptional animal care.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $42120.00 / yr.
