JOB SUMMARY :
The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of B2B campaigns and media assets designed to drive conversions within the North American travel partner community. This role also manages the creation of tools and resources that generate leads for travel partners. Additionally, the Specialist supports overall Trade Marketing efforts by managing creative workflows to deliver best-in-class toolkits, communications, and advertising.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project manage the development of B2B media assets, supporting the media plan with insights, tools, and opportunities to drive revenue growth with North American travel partners.
Contribute to and maintain a Trade content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives; collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas that support brand and sales strategies.
Serve as the liaison between the Regent Trade Marketing team and external agencies / vendors in the execution of trade marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain consistent reporting to evaluate and optimize engagement across digital platforms.
Support management in identifying and executing new media opportunities to better engage the travel advisor community in selling Regent.
Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to manage marketing material requests in alignment with Regent's annual marketing plans and agency partnerships.
Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE : Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY :
Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field of study.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, creative services, or agency experience

Excellent organizational, planning, project and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, within established deadlines and budget.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear and succinct information and to internal and external partners.

Working knowledge of marketing project planning and processes within corporate environment for daily functions.
Knowledge of marketing performance KPIs and experience working with marketing analytics and creative services teams.
