Secondary ELA Academic Coach

A company is looking for an Academic Coach, Secondary ELA Licensure Exam Preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one academic coaching sessions to strengthen candidates' content knowledge and study skills

Support candidates in managing test anxiety and developing test-taking strategies through individualized coaching

Participate in professional development and collaborate with program leadership to enhance coaching effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Valid teaching certificate in elementary education

At least 3 years of experience as a certified ELA teacher

Bachelor's degree required

Familiarity with licensure exams such as Praxis, GACE, NYSTCE, ILTS, PECT, or TExES

Experience teaching or facilitating professional development for adult learners in an online environment preferred
