• Shift Requirements : 12 HR Nights – NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING
• Float Requirements : Med Surg / Tele units – will float throughout all in-patient areas. May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance.
• On Call / Call Back Requirements : N / A
• Weekend / Holiday Requirements : every other weekend / holiday required unless given time off approval
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal : KY / Compact RN License. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS required. EKG test required for all RN's, to be completed during the compliance process.
• Minimum Experience : 1 year as RN in specialty. MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience.
• Charting Experience Required : Care View / EPIC (effective June 1) preferred, will train on-site
• Required Skillset : General Med / Tele. Must be able to read / interpret tele strips
• Unit Information (Bed size, beds, Patient ratio) : 340 bed Level II Trauma Center. Patient ratio : 1 : 6. Beds : 15-45 beds depending on which unit you are on.

• COVID Vaccine Requirements : Covid Vaccine required unless medical / religious declination is applicable. If declination is accepted, weekly testing is required at the traveler / agency expense & verification.
