Our wine program is a cornerstone of our guest experience, and we’re looking for a service professional with sommelier experience who shares our passion for hospitality, wine, and excellence.

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a solid background in wine service to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide gracious, knowledgeable, and efficient service while guiding guests through our wine list with confidence and enthusiasm. A strong understanding of food and wine pairing, wine storage, and service standards is essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding table-side service in a refined, high-paced environment
  • Assist guests in selecting wines that enhance their dining experience
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our wine list, including vintages, varietals, regions, and producers
  • Execute proper wine service, including decanting, glassware selection, and temperature management
  • Collaborate with the sommelier team and management to stay informed of new additions and vintage changes
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and elegance in all service areas
  • Provide education and recommendations to both guests and fellow staff members as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of fine dining service experience
  • Sommelier certification or equivalent wine knowledge strongly preferred (WSET, CMS, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for hospitality and an eye for detail
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
