Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a consulting environment

Strong technical background in agile methodologies, scrum, and software development processes

Experience in managing project risks and controlling scope, budget, and schedule

Proven leadership and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized
