PRN - RN (Skilled Nursing Facility)

Location : Gloucester, MA, 01930

Start Date : ASAP

Payrate : $40 - $45 / hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type : PRN (Per Diem / As Needed)

Shifts Available :

  • 7 : 00 AM 3 : 00 PM
  • 3 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM
  • 11 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM

About the Role :

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Gloucester, MA . As an RN in this facility, you will provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with the facility's policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the care team.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of medical records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-focused environment.
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently.

    • Required Requirements :

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts .
  • Current BLS / CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts based on facility needs.
