Summary :

Yonex USA specializes in producing technologically advanced sports equipment to enable players, both amateur and professional, to play tennis, badminton, golf, snowboard, and pickleball at a higher level. The Golf Tour Representative will provide on-the-ground support to our sponsored LPGA players at professional tournaments. This role involves direct communication with players, assisting with equipment needs, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure our players have the best tools and support to perform at their highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for sponsored players, handling all inquiries and facilitating communication between the player and Yonex
• Quickly assess player needs regarding equipment and communicate them to the custom-fitting team
• Provide on-site assistance to sponsored players, ensuring they have the necessary support throughout tournaments and promotional events
• Attend and oversee equipment testing sessions, gathering data to help players make informed decisions and provide detailed feedback to R&D
• Represent the company at tournaments, media events, and promotional activities as needed
• Organize and conduct demo events to showcase equipment and provide hands-on testing opportunities for players and potential customers
