We’re not looking for polished corporate salespeople with 10+ years of experience — we want hungry, competitive self-starters with something to prove. If you have 1–2 years of sales experience (or even none at all) and you’re eager to learn, we’ll give you the training, coaching, and real estate playbook to build a six-figure career.

Compensation :

$40,000–$85,000+ (base + performance bonuses). Top performers earn $80K+ their first year.

Responsibilities :

• Call, text, and follow up with homeowners daily — persistence wins deals
• Convert inbound leads fast and set quality appointments
• Keep your CRM tight so no lead slips through
• Follow up relentlessly — most deals happen after the 5th touch
• Show up ready for coaching calls and sales roleplays
• Bring energy, compete, and celebrate wins with your team
