Job Description Summary of Position : The Community Director supports the Department of Residence Life by overseeing an on-campus community, supervising student staff, supporting student staff-led programming, and providing timely interventions to support the personal and academic development of community members. This position provides essential leadership in crisis management and responding to student concerns.

This position requires the incumbent to live on campus in University provided housing. This position is part of the on-call duty rotation, which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical work environment is an office, working at a desk for long periods of time. Regular phone and computer.

Compensation & Benefits at Augsburg University : The compensation range is $40,000 - $44,000 per year, DOQ. As part of the total compensation package, the position also receives the following benefits : On-campus apartment (this is a full-time live on position). Campus meal plan.
