General Manager

Lead your club with passion, energy, and excellence. The General Manager is responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring an exceptional member experience, and managing daily operations to uphold Workout Anytimes high standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier service
• Drive membership sales and retention through coaching and performance tracking
• Oversee operations, cleanliness, and club presentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build community partnerships and represent the club at local events
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and KPI reporting
• 2+ years of management experience (fitness or retail preferred)
• Proven leadership and sales ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for health and fitness

Front Desk / Receptionist

As the first face our members see, you'll create a welcoming environment by greeting guests, managing check-ins, and keeping our front desk running smoothly.

Fitness Director

Lead our Personal Training department and help members achieve their goals while developing and supporting a team of trainers.

Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor

We're seeking passionate trainers and instructors to inspire members through one-on-one sessions and / or group classes.

Part-Time Maintenance Manager

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Manager to help keep our facilities in top condition. This position will oversee general maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness standards across our North Carolina and Tennessee clubs.
