We recently established the Finance Velocity Office, designed to accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function. This newly created function will shape our transformation strategy, improve our business operations and enhance the impact we make as a function. Why velocity? Job Description and Responsibilities :

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to a leader in the Finance Velocity Team. This individual will partner closely with key stakeholders across the Finance function to achieve workstream objectives in alignment with the overall Finance Transformation strategy.

Essential Functions :

Support the creation of the Finance Reporting & Analytics strategy and multiyear roadmap with Finance Transformation

Lead the Reporting & Analytics PMO in close coordination with the broader Finance Transformation PMO

Create and deliver executive updates-concise, decisionready readouts with impacts, risks, and clear asks

Set and manage OKRs / KPIs for Reporting & Analytics, track performance, and drive corrective actions

Create and own the endtoend lifecycle process from intake to deployment-prioritization, roadmap development, quality gates, documentation, and controls

Design the agile operating model and delivery standards-backlog management, sprint planning, demos, retros, and continuous improvement

Advance AI in reporting and analytics-prioritize use cases, define guardrails and success metrics, pilot and scale within approved tools

Lead change and adoption-training, communications, and playbooks-in partnership with the Change Management Office

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Travel Requirements : This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 153,700 to 223,100 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
