Position : CDL A Regional Truck Driver – Southwest Regional (Division 230)

Hiring Areas : Phoenix, AZ | Albuquerque, NM | San Antonio, TX | Laredo, TX

Route : Regional – Southwest states (AZ, NM, TX, CA, NV)

Miles : Average 2,500 miles per week

Schedule : 5–7 days out, 48 hours home

Slip Seat Policy : Truck stays at terminal if home time exceeds 2 days; may be slip-seated

Freight : no-touch, regional freight; may occasionally run outside of designated route depending on freight demand

Pay Structure

Average Weekly Pay : $1,250 – $1,375

Annual Earnings : $65,000 – $71,500+

Mileage Pay : Competitive per-mile rates with steady miles

Consistent Freight : Year-round freight with reliable routes

Requirements

Valid CDL Class A License

6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ | Albuquerque, NM | San Antonio, TX | or Laredo, TX

Must be available for 5–7 day runs with weekend and holiday availability as needed

Safe driving record and ability to operate in a regional network
