Position Overview : We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD / DO) to join our independent primary care practice in Bangor, ME. This role offers a predictable schedule, no call responsibilities , and the ability to focus on quality patient care over volume . What to Expect : Flexible Schedule Options : Standard Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 : 30 PM) or 4x10-hour shifts available. (Last appointment at 4 : 40 PM.) EMR System : NextGen No Call Responsibilities Patient Load : 12-15 patients per day 30-minute standard visits 1-hour Annual Wellness Visits Complex patients seen 6-8 times per year Patient Demographics : Primarily seniors , some pediatric cases Independent Practice (not hospital-affiliated) Referral System : Utilizes Anthem PicassoMD for referrals Lab & Urgent Care Support : Partnership with LabCorp Urgent Care Center conveniently located next door Compensation & Benefits : Salary : $230,000 - $250,000 10% Bonus Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Free Urgent Care Access for employees Generous Paid Time Off : 4 weeks PTO 6 Paid Holidays 1 week CME time expense allowance 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer contribution Qualifications : ️ MD / DO with active & clear medical license in the state of practice ️ Board-Certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) ️ Active DEA License ️ Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care settings Join Our Team!
