As a Strategic Initiatives Associate , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of member experiences by driving data-informed innovation and executing strategic projects that fuel our growth.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be a catalyst for innovation, working across teams to bring new ideas to life - from concept to execution. Your work will directly support our mission by enhancing member experiences and delivering measurable impact.

Your day-to-day will include :

Innovation & Strategy Execution

Supporting the development of new products, services, and experiences.

Collaborating on ideation, prototyping, and testing of initiatives.

Defining KPIs and measuring ROI of strategic efforts.

Project Management

Coordinating multiple projects aligned with strategic goals.

Managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.

Facilitating meetings and reporting progress.

Research & Data Analysis

Conducting market research and analyzing trends.

Synthesizing insights from surveys, interviews, and data sources.

Developing business cases and strategic recommendations.

Communication & Influence

Creating presentations and reports for senior leadership.

Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in business strategy, innovation, market research, or analytics.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Analytics or BI tools is a plus.

Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and presentation skills.
