Local Team Collaboration :

  • At MultiCare Allenmore Hospital, our strong, collaborative team includes eight physicians and four APPs, supported by a clinical performance nurse.
  • Our group of physicians and APPs is diverse, with various training and experience backgrounds.
  • We welcome the challenge of complex cases, working in an open ICU with 24 / 7 intensivist critical care coverage for backup and daily rounding during the day and available by phone at night.

Qualifications :

  • Board certified / eligible in internal or family medicine.
  • Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Washington.
  • We welcome interest from physicians coming out of training or desiring a career change.
  • We proudly sponsor H-1B and J1 visa candidates, and Sound has excellent in-house visa specialists and our licensing and credentialing experts. All required filing fees for the visa are paid, and services are covered by Sound.

  • Flexible scheduling options with full-time, part-time and PRN.

  • Team members are required to have some level of stewardship and involvement in committees, the hospital, and Sound Physicians' objectives.
  • Our team is not expected to do procedures; however, we do respond to codes and rapid response.
  • Participate in monthly gatherings, informative lunch and learn sessions, and celebratory occasions to foster a positive attitude and collaborative work environment.
