A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive client adoption, engagement, and satisfaction across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies
Manage the customer lifecycle, ensuring value realization and driving key operational metrics
Establish a feedback loop with customers to inform product development and support sales enablement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in customer success or related roles within a B2B SaaS domain
Experience in the Regulatory / Compliance domain is preferred
Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms
Based in Europe or the US to support EMEA & NA clients
