A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Performance Strategy & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain forecasting models to project incentive revenue across various contracts
Create dashboards and reports to track performance metrics and deliver insights to stakeholders
Develop provider-facing scorecards and track incentive payments aligned with payer contracts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field
3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, forecasting, or incentive modeling
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Knowledge of value-based care, Stars, HEDIS, CAHPS, and provider incentives
