Position Summary :

Responsible / accountable for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of both the orthopedic and neurosciences programs across hospital, physician clinic, and outpatient physical therapy sites. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, stroke care, spine services, rehabilitation, and sports medicine. The Executive Director collaborates with physicians, therapists, clinical teams, and administrative leaders to drive service line growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve patient outcomes. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements :

Education : Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, physical therapy or related field required.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital administration, physician group management, orthopedic, neurosciences, or outpatient rehabilitation services with at least 3 years in leadership role that included strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight within orthopedic, sports medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, or rehabilitation services.
