Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is seeking experienced Systems Engineers to join our talent community for anticipated opportunities supporting various Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs. This is an evergreen position used to proactively identify and engage highly qualified candidates for future openings across our portfolio of engineering and acquisition support efforts.
While this role is not currently tied to a specific contract, selected candidates may be matched to upcoming positions based on their background, skill set, and program needs. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in systems engineering, technical integration, and acquisition support within a DoD environment.

Qualifications
Citizenship : Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance : Secret (with ability to obtain TS / SCI if required) Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field Years of Experience : 8+ years in systems engineering, preferably within DoD or AFLCMC
Preferred Qualifications
Clearance : Top Secret / SCI
Education : Master's degree in Systems Engineering or relevant discipline
Years of Experience : 8–12 years supporting DoD acquisition programs
