Responsibilities
As a CDL-A Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for :
Inspecting tractor-trailers for defects pre / post trip and submitting a DOT inspection report.Inspecting bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery.Driving tractor-trailers to destinations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations, and maneuvering vehicles safely.Maintaining driver logs according to DOT regulations and documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.Unloading trailers and delivering products into customer premises.Requirements
At least 21 years of age.Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.What We're Looking For
