About Seaire
Seaire is a serene, thoughtfully planned community anchored by a stunning 4-acre lagoon, solar-powered streetlights, high-speed residential connectivity (UltraFi internet), and a living environment that balances relaxation and accessibility — with easy commutes to Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa. Upon completion of buildout there will be approximately 3,500 homes. To date, Seaire is currently 10% sold.
As the Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Seaire for prospective homebuyers, realtors, community guests, and visitors, ensuring that every interaction in the Welcome Center reinforces Seaire’s promise of quality, lifestyle, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors at the Welcome Center with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including home product types, community features, and demographics.
- Provide guided tours of the Welcome Center, property map and lagoon upon completion in Q1 of 2026; articulate the features that make Seaire unique.
- Educate visitors about the community’s home options, builder partners, and amenities.
- Answer questions, provide information, and build relationships with prospective buyers, and other industry partners.
- Ultimately guide the prospective buyer(s) to the right builder based on needs including transportation via golf cart.
- Capture visitor information and follow up according to lead-management processes.
- Maintain post-visit communications with visitors / potential homebuyers.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to host special events and open houses.
- Monitor visitor feedback and suggest improvements for the visitor experience.
- Recommend strategies to increase foot traffic to the Welcome Center based on market feedback.
- Develop weekly traffic reports for the Metro Development Group Marketing Team.
- Actively promote the Seaire brand in the local market and support social-media efforts.
- Conduct periodic reviews of Seaire website, collateral, site map, etc. for accuracy.
- Uphold Seaire’s brand standards, including dress code, tone, and messaging.
- Ensure the Welcome Center and surrounding visible areas remain clean, organized, and presentable always; proactively address any maintenance or appearance concerns.
- Onsite marketing support for Seaire community including review and coordination of signage, flags, and collateral deployment to builders.
- Assist with Builder Liaison and Realtor Liaison relationship management tasks.
- Ability to work productively with little direction or supervision.
- Other duties as assigned by the Metro Development Group Marketing Managers.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).Experience in customer service, hospitality, homebuilding, event coordination, or real estate preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Pride in professional appearance and outgoing personality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working on-site in a high-traffic visitor environment; some evenings or weekends may be required.Proficient with tablets, email, and social media. (Working knowledge of Canva is preferred).Self-motivated and team-oriented with interest in real estate or community development.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and its mission.Why Join Seaire?

Competitive hourly or salaried compensation based on experience with bonus potential tied to traffic and home sales onsite. Details are to be provided during the interview process.
