What Youll Do
- Manage the flow of creative and marketing projects from request through completion.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and feedback between team members, leadership, and vendors.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and production queue to ensure smooth, on-time execution.
- Assist with logistics, shipping, setup, and materials for national tradeshows and events.
- Manage vendor communication and budgets; oversee collateral, shipments, and post-show recaps.
- Support internal company events and meetings as needed.
- Coordinate with print, promo, and digital vendors for quotes, proofs, and invoicing.
- Manage purchase orders, budgets, and invoice reconciliation to keep projects on track.
- Assist with social media and email campaigns, including scheduling, posting, and reporting.
- Help maintain and update the company website, ads, and landing pages.
- Edit and format marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications.
