Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Annual Salary : $81,120 - $87,360 (depending on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $7500.00

Overview : Absolut Care of Three Rivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure that high-quality care is consistently delivered to our residents. This position is perfect for an experienced RN with a passion for leadership, team collaboration, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Staff Supervision : Lead, mentor, and support the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care in compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
• Patient Care Management : Oversee patient care plans, ensuring that they are appropriately developed, implemented, and evaluated to meet individual needs and enhance health outcomes.
• Regulatory Compliance : Maintain knowledge of and ensure adherence to state, federal, and local regulations regarding long-term care and rehabilitation services.
• Education & Training : Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff to enhance skills and support professional development.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other healthcare professionals and departments to foster a team-based environment and improve patient outcomes.
