Scrum Master

Overview :

CPT Group is seeking a dedicated, servant-leader Scrum Master to help drive team alignment, delivery discipline, and Agile excellence across our growing technology organization. You'll support engineering teams modernizing critical systems used in class action administration, including Azure-hosted .NET platforms, custom portals, and enterprise integrations.

This is a unique opportunity to bring structure, rhythm, and accountability to a high-impact, fast-moving engineering team. You'll guide Agile ceremonies, protect team focus, and help stakeholders navigate delivery workflows with clarity and transparency.

What You'll Do :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
• Remove impediments for engineering teams and escalate blockers when needed
• Partner with technical leads and product owners to ensure sprint commitments are realistic and prioritized
• Track and report on sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, blockers)
• Ensure Jira boards and ticket hygiene reflect current work states
• Drive accountability around scope creep, incomplete tickets, or anti-patterns
• Help the team self-organize and build a culture of continuous improvement
• Serve as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Coach individuals and leadership on Agile best practices (Kanban, Scrum, hybrid)
