Experience Requirements :
SQL & Python (3–5 years) :
Proven expertise in writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and developing Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and analysis. SQL and Python skills are a must-have for this role.
Campaign Analytics (1–2 years) :
Experience analyzing campaign performance, building causal inference models, and developing propensity models to predict customer behavior.
A / B Testing & Experimentation :
Understanding of experimental design, test / control setup, and interpreting results to inform marketing strategy. Prior exposure to campaign processes is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills :
SQL & Python Expertise :
Advanced proficiency in campaign list generation, post-campaign analysis, automation, and applying machine learning techniques. These skills are essential for success in this position.
Databricks & Snowflake :
Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and Snowflake for scalable data warehousing.
Tableau :
Experience building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to marketing campaign lifecycle and customer segmentation.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with marketing, data science, and engineering.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
