Validation & Verification Engineer

Position Overview

Performance Software and its sister company, Talent Tier, are midsize companies with over 25 years of experience and a strong focus on work-life balance. They have never had a layoff and maintain a very low turnover rate of 2–4% per year. The team is dedicated to innovative software and hardware solutions for client companies.

The current role focuses on developing a state-of-the-art cockpit display project. Positions are available as full-time or hourly with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-time employees receive a company-paid individual IRA contribution of 12% of salary.

Salary Range : $75,000 – $145,000 DOE

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control regulations.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent development experience.
• Avionics software development experience is highly desirable but not required.
• Proficiency in at least one language such as C or C++.
• Embedded software experience is desired but not required.
• Validation & Verification experience required.
• Experience with low-level secure boot activities.
• Knowledge of system boot mechanisms.
