Home Health Nurse

We are looking for a local Nurse in the Willimantic area. The Nurse will also coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and supervise LPN's and HHA's in the delivery of patient care. This Nurse must be able to maintain accurate patient records, and provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Experience in patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Empathy and emotional support capabilities

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Minimum one year experience as a R.N

CPR and First Aid certification
