Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for defining project scope, planning tasks, resource planning and assignment to tasks, communication of project performance, including budget and schedule, managing project changes, decisions, risks, issues, project acceptance / completion, and monitoring and tracking progress for medium projects of medium complexity. This position will be responsible for managing several projects, including managing multiple project teams. The Project Manager works in a continually changing environment and they are required to stay current on industry best practices for project management. Excellent written and verbal skills are needed to maintain open communications between project teams, business areas and project sponsors. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, along with good Farm Bureau institutional, business and project management knowledge.
