Key
Assemble parts, components, or products using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
Perform functional tests and troubleshoot any assembly issues.
Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Identify and report any product defects or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Package finished products for shipment if required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Basic mechanical aptitude and use of tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Exposure to loud noise, machinery, and potential hazards (PPE provided).
May involve shift work, overtime, or weekend hours as needed.
