Job Description
This role owns responsibility for generating new revenue by engaging early with the right stakeholders and developing commercial relationships.
We are seeking a hunter who is passionate about building the pipeline, takes pride in running sharp, high quality discovery engagements with prospects, and can shape solution-led deals that blend software and services across multiple sectors.
You know how to get in the room with senior stakeholders (we prioritize live conversations – email supports momentum, it doesn’t replace it), can simplify complex business challenges, develop customized propositions, and advance opportunities with multiple influencers and buyers within target customer prospects, to close. You know that you need to be connected to multiple stakeholders and mitigate any risk of over-reliance on a single contact.
You can expect high autonomy with clear outcomes—own your territory, partner tightly with Marketing on inbound, prospect proactively, and keep a clean forecast and CRM.
The purpose : We are building a revenue generation engine and are keen to work with people who will help us on that journey. This means that you will be passionate and focused on landing new customers fast, maximizing repeat business and pro-actively look for upsell and cross sell opportunities.
We onboard you fast on our portfolio—then expect you to run. Coaching, yes. Hand-holding, no. Progression within the organization is entirely feasible based on performance.
Main Responsibilities
Hunt : Build pipeline via targeted outreach, events, partner referrals, social. Call + in-person first; Email supports never substitutes.
Qualify & Discover : Lead rigorous discovery (customer drivers, constraints, stakeholders, metrics). Map buying processes and success criteria.
Improve Solutions : Co-develop options with Solution Architects / Delivery; package software, services, commercials, and success plans.
Advance & Close : Orchestrate senior meetings, run evaluations / POCs, build business cases, negotiate, and close.
Land & expand : Own the customer relationship from prospecting to ‘go-live’ oversight; drive referrals, upsell and repeat business.
Operate with discipline : Territory plan (run it like you own it….), accurate forecast, CRM hygiene; tight feedback loop with Marketing on inbound quality
Revenue generation : Hit (or beat) quarterly and annual revenue targets
